Where is your team based?
We're based in Pakistan. Our team works primarily in PKT (UTC+5), with overlap hours for UK, European, and US clients. We've worked with clients across 15+ countries without timezone being an issue — we communicate async well and schedule calls around your working hours.
How do you handle projects — fixed price or hourly?
We prefer fixed-price, milestone-based contracts. You know the total cost before we start, broken into milestones tied to deliverables. Hourly is available for ongoing retainer work or maintenance contracts where the scope genuinely isn't fixed.
Can you sign an NDA and assign IP to us?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request before any sensitive information is shared. All intellectual property developed for you as part of a paid project is assigned to you in full — we keep no rights to it. This is standard on all our projects.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of a signed contract and initial payment. If you have an urgent timeline, mention it upfront and we'll tell you honestly if we can accommodate it — we don't overpromise start dates.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. We take over existing WordPress sites, Flutter apps, and web codebases regularly. We do a code audit first so we understand what we're working with and can quote accurately. We won't quote blind on an existing codebase.
What's included in post-launch support?
All projects include 30–60 days of post-launch support depending on the plan. This covers bug fixes, minor adjustments, and questions about what we built. It's not a retainer — it's making sure what we delivered actually works. Ongoing development after that period is billed separately.
Can I hire you through Upwork or Fiverr?
Yes. We're active on both platforms — Top Rated on Upwork and Level 2 Seller on Fiverr. Hiring through those platforms gives you their dispute resolution and payment protection. For larger projects, direct contracts are also available.
